In the case of processing relating to the performance of the contract, data may be kept for a maximum of three years from the end of the relationship. EURALIS also processes your data to meet its legal or regulatory obligations. Your data may be kept for as long as is necessary for EURALIS to meet its legal obligations.

What data is processed ?

Who will receive your data?

You have the right to access, rectify and delete data concerning you. You have the right to request that they are ported. You also have the right to object to the processing carried out or to request its limitation.
How can you exercise your rights ?
You may exercise your rights at any time, as well as contact the EURALIS Group’s Data Protection Officer at privacy@euralis.com. You may be asked to provide a photocopy of proof of identity for identification purposes. A reply will be sent to you within one month of receiving your request.
If your dealings with EURALIS have not been satisfactory, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for compliance with obligations relating to personal data.
How is your data secured ?
EURALIS ensures that your data is processed in complete security and confidentiality, including when certain operations are carried out by subcontractors.
To this end, appropriate technical and organisational measures are put in place to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration and deletion of your personal data. These measures shall be adapted according to the level of sensitivity of the data processed and the level of risk presented by the processing or its implementation.
