Dry sausage specialist, Teyssier knows a strong development in dry ham and small cured meats. In a protected environment, and in the heart of an unspoiled nature, Teyssier makes a point of honor to perpetuate the traditional recipes of “charcuterie ardéchoise”.
During the last “Concours Général” – a French agricultural competition-, Teyssier was rewarded twice: Long Fin Lean dry sausage was awarded a gold medal and dry sausage in the old Teyssier – IGP Ardèche a silver medal. The family business has been rewarded 15 times in 7 years
