All our products are made with love, using ducks born, bred and prepared in France in 2 production areas. Most of our products comply with South-West PGI appellation specifications. Our foie gras range expanded in 2019 with the arrival of new Label Rouge dishes showcasing foie gras at its best.

From growing cereal crops for ducks to breeding and preparing products, we manage all stages of the production process from A to Z. Nearly 500 member livestock farmers and producers work every day to produce the best duck products possible. Each and every one is committed optimal quality. Maison Montfort promotes the efforts of its producers and relies on 100% French expertise.
Attached to its roots and the environment, Maison Montfort has implemented numerous initiatives, such as reducing its water and energy consumption, recycling, and promoting management of waste and by-products at all its sites, developing eco-friendly recyclable packaging, and is committed to tackling food waste by regularly donating to food banks.
