FAITS MARQUANTS
Launch of the Euralis Member Benefits programme
Presented to Euralis cooperative members in January 2019 during Section Assemblies and launched early March, the Member Benefits programme concerns all member farmers in the region.
Euralis has partnered up with reliable service providers who are acclaimed in their respective fields to develop exclusive product ranges, which meet farmers’ needs. Members have full access to discounted prices. Thanks to the Terre Vive Le Web tool, farmers can directly contact suppliers who are committed to replying within 48 hrs.
Euralis is committed to sustainable agriculture
The aim of the Sustainable Agriculture Initiative (SAI) is to be part of a long-term continuous improvement plan. Launched in 2002 on the impetus of large companies such as Nestlé and Unilever, this global initiative’s three main pillars are society, the economy, and the environment.
This initiative helps Euralis access the market and research new value-added clients and products. The first stage of this process started in June, with a meeting bringing together 26 farmers who answered a very detailed questionnaire in order to determine a performance index.
2019 Paris International Agricultural Show: A success for Euralis
Once again in 2019, the jury of the Paris International Agricultural Show recognised the talents of Euralis oenologists. Awarded each year at the Paris International Agricultural Show, these distinctions recognise and promote the best French regional products. Euralis consultant oenologists and winegrowers won a total of 179 awards, including 74 gold medals, 78 silver and 27 bronze.
