That will is backed by an ambitious HR policy. Euralis has a single group-wide HR policy to ensure internal consistency and equality.
Euralis’s new Human and Social Policy provides a development framework for every man and woman working at Euralis. It guides what they do and gives meaning to the social dimension.
This policy defines the roles played by managers, as well as the tools and processes needed for its full and proper implementation. Their role is to turn these principles into reality on the ground, to invigorate the 5,000 Group employees and to enable them “to enjoy their work”.
