How the recruitment process works
Euralis sees the recruitment interview as the key part of the process. This is where ideas are exchanged and the expectations of both Euralis and the candidate can be compared.
Our Human Resources team and departmental managers work closely together throughout the recruitment process until a candidate is chosen. We often take up references to give us a broader view of our candidates. This is done with the candidate’s agreement. When a new member of staff first joins us, the HR department follows their progress and checks how they are doing with their fellow workers and line managers.
