La Table des Producteurs – The cooperative spirit
La Table des Producteurs distributes local products in 37 Point Vert stores. These food products are from over 500 producers and livestock farmers brought together under the Euralis agricultural cooperative : meat, poultry, delicatessen, cheese, grocery, wine…The ideal platform for both consumers and producers, La Table des Producteurs brings together customers, the Euralis team and farmers in a welcoming environment. All of them gather around fresh and seasonal food.
A history and some values
We developped La Table des Producteurs food departments from 2012 in a few Point Vert stores. It was then a pioneering exercice. Success was immediatly achieved. Throughout the years, the number of product references has increased. Local producers joined the ranks.
We wanted to meet an increasing consumer demand and provide additional income to our members. Our teams have been following and supporting them in the fied for years. In addition to advice, we wanted to offer them alternative solutions for their outlets, to highlight their productions as well as their know-how.
Today, La Table des Producteurs attracts clients who are sensitive to values of authenticity, quality, proximity and defence of the farmers’interests. This craze confirms the new French consumption trends
Today, in 37 of our Point Vert stores, we find a varied and coherent offer. A fresh section with flagship products such as prok, trout, black pork, duck and all kinds of poultry as well as cheese, dairy products and ice cream.
The savory grecery is widely represented as well as the sweet grocery store. The liquid setion offers beers and wines which are produced on the territory of the cooperative.
The shelves have grown to meet customer demand but we pay attention to respect our criteria of product origin, quality and seasonality.
An average of 80 suppliers are represend in a store. Most of the time, they ensure one delivery per week.
La Table des Producteurs producers, members and partners of the cooperative, are chosen for the quality of their products, their ability to deliver us in a fluid manner, to respect our specifications.
We want our commercial relationship to be sustanaible and based on trust.
Conviviality and proximity
Each store is supplied by producers who are in the surrounding area.
La Table des Producteurs is also a place where clients, producers and teams can communicate. Clients have the opportunity to meet regularly the farmers and craftsmen who supply our stores.
In the stores, our clients are welcomed and advised by a team of passionnate people who know perfectly the producers as well as their products.
