EURALIS Semences and CAUSSADE Semences Group formalised their alliance on Tuesday, 1 September 2020 by creating LIDEA. EURALIS Semences and CAUSSADE Semences Group merged on 1 September 2020 to create Lidea. Leveraging their synergies in terms of species, research, industrial tools and markets, this merger aims to make the group the leader for certain species in greater Europe (Ukraine and Russia). With 2,000 employees in 16 subsidiaries, 8 production sites and 17 research stations, Lidea designs and offers innovative, customized and sustainable multi-species and multi-brand seed solutions that create added value for producers throughout the year.
