At Euralis, a cooperative Group, we are making human resources development a
key focus, as it’s an indicator of personal development for the individual and of performance for the company. We have launched a new human and social policy focusing on six areas. All Group managers are involved in running the project, with reference to the six Euralis values.
To increase the incomes of farming members
Euralis offers farmers in the South-West innovative new tools to increase their available income. With the Progress Contract, we are identifying and supporting the implementation of development projects for each and every farmer, responding to their needs for innovation and advice. We guide our members in choosing the most suitable products thanks to our agronomic trial and experimentation network. We advise them on the choice of innovative technical approaches in line with regulatory constraints and society’s environmental expectations.
