In accordance with the cooperative model they defend, Christian Pèes, our President, and Pierre Courderc, our Managing Director, see the social dimension as key to the Group’s development. That will is backed by an ambitious HR policy which is implemented by the teams working under HR Manager Thierry Lecompte with the support of all managers. Since 2014, Euralis has had a single group-wide HR policy to ensure internal consistency and equality.
Euralis’s new Human and Social Policy provides a development framework for every man and woman working at Euralis. It guides what they do and gives meaning to the social dimension of our Euralis 2020 project.
This policy defines the roles played by managers, as well as the tools and processes needed for its full and proper implementation. Their role is to turn these principles into reality on the ground, to invigorate the 5,200 Group employees and to enable them to enjoy their work.
