The Group's turnover stands at €1,289 million, an increase of 25.7% on 2007, a sustained level of growth in line with the Cap 2012 strategic development plan. This progress is notably the result of a significant change: a €95 million increase in the scope of consolidation following the integration of the Coopéval co-operative, the acquisition of Comodoc and Bartaliment and the acceleration of the Stalaven expansion through the purchase of two companies, SAG (85) and Vodis (10). The strong fluctuations in the prices of cereals and raw materials and the strong increase in sales by the Seeds Division (+25%) contributed to this increase.
The Group's results reflect the sustained levels of investment of recent years as part of Cap 2012. The Group's consolidated net profit was €5.1 million.
