The Division was created in 2007 and is based on the company Jean Stalaven, of which Euralis holds 65% of the capital. The Division focuses on Euralis Group products for the catering industry and ready meals.

Stalaven, with 60 years of successful trading behind it, has achieved continuous growth in the cooked meats market by anticipating changes in lifestyle and consumer tastes.
The acquisition of two companies, SAG (85) and VODIS (10), specialising in the distribution of products to small local stores, the regional distributor Gastronome du Dauphiné (38), and the purchase of a stake in Trois Gourmands (45), a company specialising in salads and cold starters, and the opening of a new unit producing salads for the catering trade, have enabled Stalaven to continue growing and achieve an increase of 30% in its turnover for the financial year ending in March 2008.
Stalaven operates a total quality policy. The company has held ISO 9001 certification for almost 10 years, and progressively began certifying its sites to ISO 14001 in 2004 (five had been certified by 1 April 2008). Stalaven also holds IFS certification and is engaged in a continuous improvement process based on the EFQM (European Foundation for Quality Management) standard. It is also a signatory of the UN's Global Compact.
